The direction is clear. Environmentally-friendly wood preservatives.

Our mission statement states that we aim to become "Europes most environmentally-friendly wood preservative plant.” The environmental management system and our environmental objectives have been the main driving force for the major investment that we recently completed. The internal environment has now been secured to almost 100%. We are also targeting the external environment in which our choice of suppliers plays a major role.

From an already high level, we can now work with continuous improvements in order to get even better.

At Bitus we strive to offer the best possible service and the highest quality, equal to the very best companies, regardless of industry.

One of our quality goals is that "100% of all deliveries will be on time, at the right destination and of the right quality." Our quality certification will lead us towards this goal. A tall order, but we recognise that, you the customer, have the right to demand this. In 2005 we reached 99.3%, which means we are close to achieving our goal.
