Järnforsen

The plant in Järnforsen only produces pine raw products of very high quality. The main markets are Sweden, Belgium, Denmark, the Middle East and North Africa. About 40 percent of the production is further processed, partly by drying to a lower moisture content, partly by planing and packing.

The saw line in Järnforsen operates on one shift, which gives a production capacity of 50,000 m3 per year. The entire production is dried in mechanical driers, moreover, products are specially dried, mainly for the furniture and carpentry industry. All of the plants heating needs are supplied by a central boiler where by-products are burned.
